How do payments work?

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience, including cash, check, or electronic payment (Venmo, PayPal, etc.). Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

We recommend that clients step out while we clean. It gives our team the space to focus fully on the details and ensures a smoother, faster cleaning experience for you. Many of our clients like to schedule their cleanings on a day when they’ll be out for a few hours — that way, you can return to a spotless, fresh home without any disruption.
